We just had our windows installed today. Hayden is the salesman we worked with to start and Hiram was the installer. Hiram and his team were professional, respectful of our space as they installed, and cleaned up everything. They even arrived earlier than the time slot scheduled which was cool. Hayden has also been very personable and professional with solid communication during the timeline from purchase to install. The finished product looks great! Quality windows and a much needed upgrade to the house.

The experience from beginning to end was very good.  It started with our sales rep, Hayden C.  The windows were installed by a crew of 4, five weeks after they were ordered.  All of our questions were answered at our final walkthrough.  A broken screen and scratched window are being replaced, no questions asked. We are pleased with the look, and the silence inside our house is most welcome.

The install of 10 custom windows took 3.5 hours on a Saturday. The new windows look fantastic and have already made a huge difference in both thermal comfort and energy efficiency. I also really appreciated their attention to detail and the quality of their workmanship, especially for caulking and flashing for waterproofing.
