Hiram and his team were professional, respectful of our space as they installed, and cleaned up everything. They even arrived earlier than the time slot scheduled which was cool. The experience from beginning to end was very good. It started with our sales rep, Hayden C. The windows were installed by a crew of 4, five weeks after they were ordered. All of our questions were answered at our final walkthrough. A broken screen and scratched window are being replaced, no questions asked. We are pleased with the look, and the silence inside our house is most welcome.
