My windows arrived more quickly than promised. The installation crew was respectful of my home, my family, and my time. There was a small accident with my tub, under the bathroom window, and they paid to have it repaired. I LOVE my windows! They’re beautiful. They keep my house cooler than before, I don’t have to keep the curtains closed for insulation purposes, and my a/c actually stops during the day (that’s huge for our house, especially in July!) They’re also very quiet. I’ve noticed a big sound reduction. I am also replacing the exterior of my house, and the guy who is installing my siding also does windows. He was very impressed with ours, and said they’re the best windows he’s seen. I very highly recommend Performance Windows.

We are so happy with our windows!!! We had several windows with “snowflakes” in between the panes and the new windows totally changed the look of my home inside and out. When we first ordered they told us it would be a couple of months before they were installed because they are custom made to order. They were delivered and installed a month early and in 1 day!! The installers were very professional and very streamlined. I was fascinated watching them work together in harmony. I have many large windows and custom shapes as well. All my neighbors oooh and ahhh over the beauty of my home. I would 1000% recommend these guys to anyone!

Had some older windows with grids replaced with modern new windows. Looking for a more modern aesthetic with black trim outside…got exactly what I was looking for. Marco and his team did a great job on the install and Colton, the Ops Manager, showed up as well to ensure everything on site was progressing smoothly, to walk me through how to operate all the windows and sliding glass doors, and to ensure I got and understood the warranty. Overall, a great choice and I would highly recommend!

Just had Performance Windows installed 4 days ago. Their product design is excellent from aesthetics to function. My old 1990’s windows did not buffer street sounds well. The new windows block out sound effectively and I am so pleased with the peace and quiet.
The install crew was efficient and left the window openings practically untouched. I had blinds installed the day after. The binds installers were really impressed that the interior drywall was in such good shape!

I am so impressed with Performance and the quality of windows they installed. Our home looks updated from the outside and spacious on the inside. They removed our swinging glass door in the kitchen and installed a beautiful new sliding glass door, giving us so much more space for dining. The functionality of the windows and various ways they can open for air flow and cleaning, far exceeds our expectations. I have noticed they block the outside noise, keep the cold air out and the heat in. So happy we decided to replace our windows.

We had a great experience with Performance Windows. Our windows were ready almost a month earlier than anticipated. Charlie and his installation crew were here when they said they’d be, we’re careful not to mark up our wood floors, worked together quickly ( they definitely knew what they were doing) and cleaned everything up and left no trace they were here other than our beautiful windows. Performance Windows installed 16 windows in my home. They were professional and hard-working. The install went faster than I had anticipated. The old windows were around 30 years old and the new windows have made a big difference. The light comes through but not the heat. They are also much easier to clean and most can be done from the inside. There were a couple of minor damages done during install. Charlie got right on it and took care of the damages with no question. I would definitely recommend this company.

Incredible experience!! Performance Windows came to install 14 new windows at our house and it couldn’t have gone any better. They were on time and extremely professional. The install team was very well coordinated and clean. The whole process took about 6 hours from start to finish and we thrilled with the outcome! Everyone at Performance Windows were professional. The salesman answer all our questions. The guy who came and measured the window was very thorough and measured inside and outside and on occasion double checked his measurements. The installation crew was very well organized and skilled. It only took a few hours to install our windows. They cleaned up well afterwards. I would recommend Performance windows. Oh, by the way the windows are high quality and very functional and look like they will be easy to clean. To score points with the wife I think I will volunteer to clean windows!! How long does the process take?
From your first quote to your final install, the whole process takes about 10–14 weeks. Here’s how it works:
- We measure your windows 1–3 weeks after you give us the green light.
- Then your custom windows are built.
- Once they arrive, our install team gets them in—usually in one day, maybe two for big jobs.
How do you compare to brands like Pella?
Our premium, energy-efficient windows are often a fraction of the cost of Pella and other brands. Why? You’re not paying for showroom overhead, just great windows and great service.
What are the potential downsides?
Replacement windows slightly reduce your visible glass area by an inch or two. But you’ll get back better insulation, quieter rooms, and a house that feels and looks better. The trade’s well worth it!
When should you consider replacing your windows?

How long does the warranty last?
As a national supplier for Alside, our windows are covered by Alside’s Limited Lifetime Warranty. Most standard windows have a lifetime warranty, including glass breakage!
